This is our family home, located in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the property and the community. Parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that noise is kept to a minimum during siesta hours (2:00 pm – 5:00 pm) and after 11:00 pm.
We truly want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read the following carefully:
Responsible Adult Stay
The main guest must be an adult and will remain in residence throughout the entire rental period.
Cleaning
Guests are kindly requested to leave the property in the same general condition as found. This ensures it is ready for professional cleaning and disinfection between stays.
What We Provide
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with bed linens, blankets, towels, and a complete kitchen setup.
Swimming Pool (Villa Elissavet)
Guests acknowledge that poolside areas may be slippery when wet and should take appropriate care. No lifeguard is on duty, and children under 16 or those who are not strong swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
No swimming is allowed after applying tanning oil.
Always shower before entering the pool.
Guest Responsibility
Accidents can happen, and we understand this. However, we expect guests to take care of the property. In case of significant damage beyond normal wear and tear, the guest is liable for the cost of repairs or replacements (e.g., furniture, appliances, outdoor features).
The guest agrees to compensate the property owner for any related costs without delay.
Occupancy & Guest Conduct
Violation of the following may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund:

- Exceeding the maximum occupancy as confirmed at booking

- Use of the property for illegal activities

- Causing damage to the house or grounds

- Disturbing neighbors or violating the peace of others.
After 11:00 pm, all loud music must be played indoors only and with doors closed.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in designated ashtrays or bins.
Bathroom Use
Please do not flush toilet paper or other items. The plumbing system in Greece is sensitive. Waste bins are provided in each bathroom for proper disposal.
Liability
The property owner is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings.
We are also not responsible for any inconvenience caused by temporary outages of water, electricity, or plumbing, or for events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters).
